The two national standards of "Baijiu Industry Terms" and "Beverage Liquor Terms and Classification" were officially launched on June 1, which is called the "new national standard" of Baijiu in the industry. 

In the view of insiders, the implementation of the "new national standard" has further strengthened consumers' awareness that "pure grain made Baijiu is good quality", and "pure grain brewing" has put forward higher requirements for the production e, raw material selection, fermenting technology and other links of Baijiu enterprises, which will also increase the production costs of enterprises. From then on, the Baijiu industry will truly enter the era of branding and quality. It is only a matter of time before small Baijiu producers withdraw from the historical stage.


