Local Union 190 purchased the former Gordon's Wine Warehouse building at 8040 Jackson Road in Ann Arbor, MI, from Gordon Meloche for $1.63 million, or approximately $77.50 per square foot.
The 21,033-square-foot industrial building contains almost 20,000 square feet of warehouse space, as well as 1,500 square feet of office area. It also features four docks and five overhead doors on 13 acres.
James Chaconas of McKinley Associates Inc. represented the seller, and John Evans of Swisher Commercial was the buyer's broker.
